Fujifilm’s commitment to environmental responsibility has been recognised through achieving UL GREENGUARD certification for its Uvijet UV range of inks. GREENGUARD helps manufacturers create, and customers choose, interior products that support healthy indoor environments through low chemical emissions.
Certification means that a product has been rigorously tested and shown to have low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). To maintain its accreditation by GREENGUARD, a product must be monitored regularly, with on-going routine testing.
What is GREENGUARD Certification?
GREENGUARD Certification ensures that a product has met several of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air. GREENGUARD Certification is part of UL® Environment, a business unit of UL (Underwriters Laboratories). GREENGUARD Certification helps manufacturers create, and buyers identify, interior products and materials that have low chemical emissions, improving the quality of the air in which the products are used.
